I scheduled a same day appointment for a battery issue in my wrangler. Stephanie Deem and the Chapman team went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help ensure I got the warranty for both the main and auxiliary batteries since they were declining within 2 years of being purchased from a separate dealership. I was amazed at how the process of buying my Beautiful Jeep Rubicon was. From the start to finish. Hector was amazing with his patience and kindness. Buying a car is a bit like going to the dentist - I think we all do it out of necessity; but “enjoying” the experience isn’t necessarily the right word. That being said, they were able to get me what I wanted for as close to the price I wanted. No one is happy about where prices are these days; but it softens the financial impact when you can get a reasonable deal.
My 2026 Ram2500 went in for a warranty issue. Jordan in the service department was great, mechanics did a great job as well. My truck was only in the shop for 2 days (which was quick considering the issue) and Jordan kept me updated through the whole process. He called me as soon as the truck was ready. Picking the truck up was quick and painless. I’ll definitely be using Chapman for all my regular service for now on.

I took in my 21 Dodge ram because it was calling for a service shifter and was not properly working. Marvin Solanos, the service advisor Assisted with getting the right tech to troubleshoot the problem, he fixed the problem in a timely manner and also fix another problem that was ongoing with the truck. Marvin made the repair really affordable for my needs. I will definitely be recommending Marvin to any of my friends and family and will be going to him for next time any of my vehicles need a service.

I had to pick up some odd screws for my Ram and worked with Jason in parts. He was so unbelievably patient and helpful. I couldn't find them online, he couldn't either so he called Mopar support and they found the screws and had them about a day later. I picked them up and he went to the truck to validate they were the correct screws also. This is above and beyond service and it's so appreciated.
