I had to pick up some odd screws for my Ram and worked with Jason in parts. He was so unbelievably patient and helpful. I couldn't find them online, he couldn't either so he called Mopar support and they found the screws and had them about a day later. I picked them up and he went to the truck to validate they were the correct screws also. This is above and beyond service and it's so appreciated.

Great dealership service. From making the appointment to driving it home, great experiance. Made the appointment online, received confirmation quickly and was checked in right on time. I decided to wait for the oil change and was pleasantly surprised it took less than an hour. Using their 10% off coupon, was charged less than $90. They didnt try to sell me any other services and all was well with my Ram Promaster 3500. Have been their many times for oil changes and I also have taken my Jeep there for recalls and never an issue. My service advisor Zack was great.

I recently took my Jeep in for service due to low output on the auxiliary battery. My service advisor, Zachry Schroeder, informed me it may take 3-4 hours to test both batteries in the vehicle. Chapman Jeep had my truck completed in 1.5 hours with both the main and auxiliary battery replaced at no charge since the vehicle is still under factory warranty.
